com This 1984 Jeep CJ-7 is a really nice and really clean, all steel, rust free Jeep that spent its life in Arizona and California.
It is a 3 owner Jeep with the 2nd owner owning the Jeep for 25 years and he did most of the work and added most of the upgrades to this CJ.
The 3rd owner was his son.
This Jeep was purpose built to be a reliable rig that you could cruise down the highway in and also take off road if you chose to.
There are a lot of upgrades to this Jeep and we have a lot of manuals for the upgrades that were done.
It is a super cool and capable Jeep.
The body is super clean and straight.
It was repainted at some point in its original color of black and the paint still looks great!! The hardtop is still in nice condition and it was painted to match.
It also comes with a bikini top.
It has the newer style Jeep TJ fender flares, Warn rock sliders, aftermarket front and rear bumpers, and the rear bumper has a nice integrated spare tire carrier.
The underside is super clean on this Jeep and we found no evidence of rust or rust repair anywhere.
The interior is also in excellent condition.
It has really nice matching front and rear aftermarket seats, large locking center console with working stereo, full custom built family roll cage that is very nice, and a CB radio.
The headlights, tail lights, brake lights, and turn signals are all working.
The gauges all work.
The windshield wipers work, but the horn is not working.
This Jeep also has working heat and working AC! Mechanically this Jeep is excellent with a lot of work done to make it dependable.
The engine is the 4.
2L 258 inline six that runs excellent.
The engine was rebuilt by per last owners, but we did not receive receipts for the work.
It has Howell Fuel Injection installed and added Magnaflow exhaust.
It runs really nice.
It has the T5 5 Speed Manual transmission that shifts nice with a strong clutch.
It is mated to the Dana 300 transfer case and the 4WD works like it should.
Both the transmission and the transfer case were gone through and resealed per last owners.
The rear axle is the ANC 20 with 4.
10 gears, upgraded axles, Currie HD cover and ARB air locker.
The front axle is a Dana 30 with 4.
10 gears, upgraded axles, and ARB air locker.
This has a built in ARB Compressor to operate the lockers.
This has a custom 3 Inch suspension lift with custom leaf springs and a shackle reversal on the front.
They added HD shackles, HD u-bolts, skid plates, and Rancho shocks.
This is a really nice suspension setup.
This CJ7 has power steering with an upgraded power steering box and brace.
It also has a high steer kit added.
It has power front disc brakes and it is sitting on cool looking aluminum slot wheels (including the spare) and Goodyear Wrangler MTR tires.
