Summary:
This is a 3rd Shift contract opportunity for our manufacturing client. This individual will lead, plan, and monitor production operations to produce quality product and meet schedules. This person will lead cross departmental and cross functional improvement teams and will maintain productivity standards in the most efficient and safe manner possible.
Responsibilities:
Leads and supports production team activities to assure product quality standards are met.
Coaches and assures operators are properly trained in job, operational, inspection, and safety requirements.
Partners with production teams to meet department production schedules, maintain accurate floor stock inventories, and expedite raw materials as required.
Communicates daily with production teams and individual members on to meet department goals.
Help identify and Interview candidates in conjunction with team representatives for production positions.
Works with production teams to schedule production work loads and hours, including overtime.
May help with development of department budget and monitor department spending according.
Tracks department scrap, rework, and quality performance.
Maintains general security of department.
Requires significant time on factory floor.
Qualifications:
5
Years experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment
High school diploma or equivalent.
Familiar with LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) concepts
Work experience and in manufacturing/distribution environment required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
