Summary:
Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking a contract Continuous Improvement Specialist for a manufacturing plant in Holland, MI, to assist with the implementation of Continuous Improvement principles and processes and assist with continuous improvement training efforts on the production floor.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to senior continuous improvement specialists and continuous improvement manager(s)
Provide process improvements and efficiencies across all value streams
Assist with implementation of company-equivalent to the Toyota Production System
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering or related field
Lean and/or Six Sigma training and experience
Experience working on the manufacturing floor with employees
MANAGEMENT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYEREstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
