Summary:
Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking an Information System Analyst for a manufacturing client in Holland, MI. The Analyst will work cross functionally with the HR team to gather data and create a scorecard the department. This individual will utilize the organizations IT systems to help achieve strategic business goals.
Responsibilities:
Providing project integration support for Strategic Talent Planning project
Programming and maintaining dashboards using data from Excel & Access programs
Providing reporting support on various HR Programs in support of the Strategic Talent Planning process
Analyzing and examine existing systems and business models
Make recommendations for solutions or improvements that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
Acting as liaison between business stakeholders, such as management, customers or end users, and the software development or information technology team.
Document and evaluate required data and information.
Use modeling, testing and data models to improve the flow of information through an organization to enhance project success.
Qualifications:
At least one year of experience leading on an information technology project or participation with other analysts on information technology projects.
Intermediate to Advanced Excel; creating formulas, pivot tables, data validation, creating drop-down, custom filtering and pivot charts
Experience with access database; Import/Export data, creating and run queries, form creations, table relationships and create report based on a query
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to focus with close attention to detailsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
