Summary:
Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking a contract Transportation Planner for a client in Holland, MI. This individual will plan transportation for orders and review processes to effectively deliver product with priorities on quality, schedule, and cost.

Responsibilities:
Schedule deliveries with dealers according to established standard work
Communicate with distribution center carries, customer service, and dealers on all transportation exceptions
Use daily reports to execute planning of orders
Use business intelligence tools to analyze shipment data and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience required
Experience in transportation, manufacturing, distribution, purchasing, or other relevant discipline preferred
Experience utilizing a Transportation Management System (TMS) preferred
