Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities may include (but not limited to):
Responding to incoming sales leads Answering incoming sales calls and assisting with questions Following up with customers to ensure an excellent over-all experience Scheduling sales appointments for all five of our Crown Motors locations Calling customers to reschedule missed appointments, remind of upcoming appointments, and to follow up with the satisfaction of their visit Assisting the sales team with customer requests and expectations Qualifications and Skills 2
years of telephone or in-person customer service preferred General administration skills with the ability to multitask Self motivated, goals driven, and team oriented Strong written and oral communication skills Proficient in MS Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Familiarity with a CRM system is a plus.
