We are currently seeking a person to fill a Part-Time Marketing / Social Media Coordinator role for our Holland location.
As a Part-Time Marketing / Social Media Coordinator for West Michigan Office Interiors, working approximately 16 - 24 hours per week, you will be responsible for writing, editing and managing social media posts, and managing our company website.
Please see the following:
1.
Marketing / Social Media o Manage and maintain social media platforms.
o Creates engaging social media posts and related web content, including graphics, videos and written, to gain attention and recognition for the company and its products through different social media channels.
o Stays informed and analyzes the most recent social media trends to get innovative ideas for new social media marketing campaigns.
o Engages with followers and responds to comments and messages in a timely manner.
o Uses analytic tools to gauge the success of social media posts.

Website- must be knowledgeable in management and development of website.
o Manages, monitors and upgrades website.
o Ensures website is up-to-date, visually appealing and user-friendly.
o Responds to and troubleshoots website issues on a timely basis.
o Updates to include relevant keywords for search engine optimization.
o Monitors website performance.
o Monitors user-generated comments and inquiries, and forwards to appropriate employee or department, if needed.
o Conducts regular website audits to identify and resolve any technical issues or broken links.
o Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Analyzes information to recommend actions 4.
Reports any issues to the Owner as needed.
5.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 1.
High School Diploma or GED, and 2 - 3 years of marketing, social media and website experience.
2.
Intermediate knowledge of marketing, social media platforms and website management.
3.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus analytical, organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
4.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
5.
Excellent time management and follow up skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
6.
Must have an eye for detail, design and layout.
7.
Must be highly motivated and results driven.
8.
Experience in Canva is preferred.
