We are currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for our Holland location.
This is a full time position, offering administrative assistance to our team.
If you are looking for an administrative role that will provide you with variety, flexibility and a family environment, then this is the opportunity for you! What you will be doing:
First contact with families to schedule meetings with our staff, communicating to them what is needed to make arrangements for services or for pre-planning meetings.
Answering our front desk phones, either answering their questions or forwarding the calls to the appropriate staff member.
Greeting visitors in our front business office.
Data entry into our internal database, filing of appropriate paperwork in a timely manner.
Contacting physician/hospice offices with appropriate information.
Preparing, printing and folding brochures.
Providing any additional administrative tasks as needed.
What we expect from you:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

years of administrative support work experience.
Proficiency with computer and data entry skills.
Experience in Microsoft Word and Publisher is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
A compassionate, empathetic, and respectful mindset.
Ability to maintain composure during difficult circumstances.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable when changes to our schedule occur.
An awareness of deadlines and the importance of meeting them.
Extreme confidentiality in all business matters and demonstrated professionalism.
Willingness to work two Saturday's per month.
What we offer you:
Work schedule:
2 Saturdays per month, with a two-week rotating schedule of 32 hours one week and 40 hours the following week.
May be adjustable if necessary.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
