The Guest Services Supervisor will be responsible for working with and leading an outstanding, community-minded guest services team while also helping to grow the center's membership and daily visit usage.
Additionally, the position will foster a dynamic team-oriented mindset to achieve ongoing customer service objectives that work toward the continuing growth and positive reputation of HAC.
Responsibilities:
Supervises and leads the customer service team and all forward-facing guest services team members and sets expectations for an elite customer service culture.
Supervises and works with the customer service team at the front desk.
Recruits, hires, trains, schedules, coaches, and provides performance reviews for the guest services team.
Maintains the customer database system (RecDesk) including implementation, staff training, membership set up, and managing ongoing membership billing cycles.
Assists with tracking and reporting HAC membership and daily visitor metrics.
Assists the marketing team with HAC lobby aesthetics that include direction of informational display screens, promotional materials, and signage.
Assists with surveying, evaluating, and improving the HAC membership and daily visitor experience.
Responsible for action items that improve customer retention.
Provides HAC tours, community outreach, and other customer service opportunities.
Essential
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills including the ability to interact effectively and communicate clearly with staff, guests, and vendors.
Demonstrated aptitude toward technology and excellent computer skills.
Ability to demonstrate mature judgment and reliable ethical behavior.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and accuracy Ability to project a positive outlook, manner, and appearance.
A minimum of an Associate's (two-year) degree with a concentration in business administration, or equivalent work experience in office management.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service and supervision.
CPR and First Aid Certification or ability to achieve certification within 60 days of hire Preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field, is preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred Job Type:
