45 an hour 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Holland is searching for a part-time Youth Development Professional with a Health & PE focus, working with our 1st - 5th grader Club members at our Heights Elementary Extension Site.
In this position, you will be responsible for incorporating our proven youth development principles in programs and activities that engage the youth of Holland.
This role will require high energy, some knowledge of health & fitness, ability to handle large groups/teams, and have a positive attitude.
Works directly with 1st - 5th grade members Develop and facilitate age-appropriate programs & activities according to BGCA Youth Development Strategy and Formula for Impact Provide guidance & discipline for members when needed including discussing concerns & disciplinary actions with parents Uphold organizational values with special attention a safe, positive environment Effectively manage Health & PE budget Support other program areas as needed Attend all staff meetings and trainings Assist with parent orientations Build relationships with members' schools and other community partners Plan and chaperone field trips as needed Part-time position, Monday- Thursday, working 20 hours per week.
