Representative
Job Description:
oAnswering incoming service calls oScheduling appointments for all 4 of our Crown Motors Service centers oCalling our service customers to reschedule missed appointments, remind of upcoming service due, and to obtain information on their service satisfaction.
oProviding service information regarding maintenance, recalls, ect.
oAssisting in the scheduling, paperwork, and pickup/drop off of our Corporate Care Program customers.
Representative Skills &
Experience:
oTelephone or in-person customer service experience required oGeneral administration skills oExcellent written and oral communication skills oProficient in MS Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Familiarity with the ADP DMS systems is a plus.
oMust be able to multitask and have strong customer service skills.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
