Our services include uniform rental, mats, restroom products, industrial cleaning supplies, and apparel sale items with embroidery and screenprint embellishment options.
Career Opportunity We are currently seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our Service department.
Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are so much more than delivery drivers.
Each CSR has their own dedicated route where they deliver to regular customers each week.
They drop off freshly washed and packaged uniforms, pick up the garments that are ready to be laundered, check in with their contact, assist with any uniform, floor mat, direct sale, or restroom product needs, offer a variety of solutions, and process data for invoicing.
The Apprentice Customer Service Representative (ACSR) trains with current CSRs in order to be prepared for their own dedicated route when one becomes available.
They will also assist the department in covering for CSR absences and other needs.
Ideal candidates must be service-oriented, have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a great attendance record.
