About the position:
The Client Service Representative serves as the first point of contact with our external customers.
The CSR's main responsibilities include providing prompt, courteous, and effective customer service in processing customer orders and responding to inquiries, receiving inbound orders, and processing shipment requests according to specifications.
Some of the key responsibilities for this position include:
Provide exceptional customer service that maintains positive customer relationships by responding to all inquiries regarding shipments or inventory counts.
Process inbound product shipments by working with drivers at time of check in and entering data into warehouse management system.
Process customer orders according to their specifications.
You are a great fit for this role if you:
Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Have at least 2 years of experience in a 3rd party logistics warehouse environment or inventory control.
