The Lead Line is responsible for ensuring that the production line runs smoothly and efficiently.
This position will work with the Operations team to ensure that production goals are met.
This position will be responsible for the daily operations of the production line.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor equipment as needed to ensure proper production of product Ensure the production line is running efficiently and smoothly Work with Production, Quality, and Sales teams to ensure proper product quality Communicate any issues or problems with management Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills:
Ability to read and understand blueprints, work instructions, and other technical documents Ability to follow instructions and use material tools and equipment Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently Ability to follow verbal and written communication guidelines Strong problem solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively ways to solve problems in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow instructions Job Type:
