The restaurant is a Christian-missioned social enterprise, culinary-learning environment through Gateway Mission.

Ensures trash bins are clean and emptied as needed throughout the day.
Picks up trash and debris around dock, employee entrance and landscaping areas Sweeps and mops kitchen floors as needed Keeps the dock and receiving area clean and organized at all times Works in the dishroom as required, ensuring all equipment, pots/pans, smallwares and serviceware is clean and safe for use Scrubs and mops the cooler floors daily Assists in cleaning back of house (i.
e.
work tables, walls, etc.
) and front of house (i.
e.
guest tables, dispensers, walls, carpets, tables) Cleans and organizes the janitor's closet Keeps management informed of any faulty equipment in need of repair Cleans employee restrooms and checks all the paper towel and soap dispensers , and refills them daily The successful candidate will have:
