The successful candidate will be responsible for providing long-term care and assistance to individuals in their own homes or in nursing homes.
This position requires a compassionate individual who is capable of providing quality care, assisting with daily activities, and managing medical appointments.
The ideal candidate will have experience in home health and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:
Provide basic medical care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Assist with medication management and follow-up care.
Help with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and bathing.
Provide companionship and emotional support to the patient.
Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
Monitor the patient's condition and report any changes to the primary care physician.
Assist with transportation to doctor's appointments or other activities.
