If you have a strong manufacturing background and have continuous improvement experience then you are asked to apply to this position.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Performing preventative and reactive maintenance to reduce downtime.
Providing technical assistance to reduce issues with equipment, performance, quality, and safety.
Working with the production schedule for preventative maintenance on machines.
Facilitating with the team to follow the preventative maintenance schedule.
Participating in continuous improvement activities.
Knowledge and skill requirements:
High school diploma required, Associate's degree preferred.
2-3
years of professional manufacturing experience required.
Previous technical knowledge and experience related to maintenance/troubleshooting machines.
Blueprint reading experience preferred.
Detail-oriented individual with effective communication skills and the ability to coach/train others.
