7K a year Bradford Company is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
Summary The Human Resources Generalist will provide administrative support to maintain related records, procedures, policies, and various programs of the Human Resources department for efficient execution of internal processes.
This individual will have a comprehensive understanding of the company mission, vision, policies, and procedures, and support employees in administration of policies and procedures.
The HR Generalist is required to stay current with HR current trends, issues, and best practices, provide administration of payroll, staffing, and benefits, compliance, and work cooperatively with departments and the HR team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Coordinates the administration of the day-to-day operations of human resources functions and duties.
The Human Resources Generalist carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas:
Administer, process, and reconcile payroll processing and time and attendance systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including wages, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions in accordance with established pay cycle calendars for multi-state, multi-company operations.
Administer benefit programs including claim resolution assistance, change reporting, invoice verification and processing for payment, and assist in the communication of benefit information to employees.
Responsible for leave of absence management and communication ensuring compliance with all local, state, federal and corporate guidelines.
Assist the staffing and recruitment process for assigned requisitions, including managing recruitment software, interviewing candidates, background checks, reference checks, working with managers to fill positions, and working with third-party staffing agencies as needed.
Administer various human resource plans and procedures for organization personnel; assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the employee handbook, policies and other documents.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
Coordinate and facilitate the orientation, trainings, and on-boarding process for new employees.
Support the day-to-day operations of the HR Department and provide advice, assistance, counseling, and follow-up on Company policies and procedures.
Support employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
Support employee engagement by assisting with the planning and execution of special events and activities for employee recognition, holidays, safety, and wellness, and more.

Key Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a similar field is desired for this position.
Minimum four years payroll and benefits administration or generalist experience required.
Experience with ADP Payroll, Time and Attendance, and HRIS preferred.
Working knowledge of payroll best practices, federal and state regulations, and procedures.
HSA, Retirement Plan, and other benefit program experience with financial transactions preferred.
Bilingual in English/Spanish, preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to travel to other company locations as needed.
Job Type:
Full-time.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
