1 Quick Apply 2 hours ago Full Job Description GENERAL PURUPOSE OF A JOB:
Supports a manufacturing facility by performing quality process to ensure it meets a set of consistent standards and identify continuous improvement initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Complete all required process checks prior to initiation of production (standardize work, cell layout, etc) Ensure all work cells are correct (First Piece Signoff and Variable Data Checks) Assist with process changes as necessary Identification of root causes for scrap defects and with the implementation of interim and permanent corrective actions for the reduction in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot problems regarding process, equipment, tooling, and materials Recommend improvements and support company continuous improvement initiatives/kaizens Support Process/Quality in resolving product non-conformity issues found at the customer or internal Ensure a tidy workspace around the equipment and technician toolbox area Responsible for promoting a safe work environment and preventing injuries through 5S Support shift supervisor with the capturing of downtime events, assist with clarification of reasons for missed hourly goals Training other quality insurance members on all inspection processes Take on additional tasks as assigned by Manager
Qualifications:
Attention in detail and communication skill Computer literacy and databased management Ability to consistently identify mistake across thousands of inspections and closely follow quality standards Decision making skills EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCES:
College Degree in related file At least 3 years experiences in quality and process improvement Good Knowledge of quality management system The metal fabrication industry is plus Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
